Checked the beach first thing and it swung offshore and was unsailable. By 11, the pressure was dropping and the wind was rising from the SW again. Sailed from 12-2pm. Wind dropped away for first 20mins so lost a lot of ground downwind keeping it planing and riding a few waves. Then it picked up and was really nice. Made it back upwind again and started picking off the bigger steeper sets. As tide pushed up, the swell got more organised and fun. Good session after a few quiet weeks.
